To register and join the tournament, please fill in the Google Forms online registration form (Link). 

The registration for the entire tournament is €52,50, which includes 2 lunch vouchers (one for Saturday and one for Sunday).

The registration deadline for the weekend is: Sunday evening 8 June 23:59. After this deadline a price increase will follow!

After this date, it is still possible to register for the RIT until Friday 20 June 23:59. The registration fee is then €70,00.

Cancellation

Cancellation is possible under the following conditions:

Let us know before 08 June 23:59 ( penningmeester@radboud-inlineskating.nl ). You will receive the registration fee, -€5,00 administration costs, back (so you will receive €47,50 refunded to your account).

From 09 June 00:01 to 20 June 23:59, it is still possible to cancel. In that case, you will receive the registration fee back – €22,50 (so you will receive €30.00 refunded to your account or €47,50 in case of registration after June 8).

After June 20 23:59, no refund is possible (meals, etc. have all been ordered and cannot be cancelled by the organisation. Plus the focus is fully on organising the racing days.).

Possible participation stop

It is possible that we (temporarily) stop registration for certain categories of riders or in its entirety (when maximum registrations are reached, which would otherwise make the program too full). So make sure you register on time!

Participate on certain match days

You don’t have the opportunity to drive all weekend? It is also possible to participate for a day or even some races. Logically, in that case, you will not participate in the final classification over 3 days. This is an option within the normal registration form.

Special Pupil Day on Saturday

On Saturday, we have three races* for each pupil category. We have goody bags and signature cards for you (collect them from the skaters you love who are here for the competition) and, you can participate in the Club Presentation. Participation for pupils on saturday is this year €7,50.

If you do want to participate in the hot lunch, you can do so by purchasing a lunch voucher (only to be ordered in advance). Registration by filling in the Google Forms online registration form (Link). Pupils only joining on Saturday will not participate in the final classification over 3 days.

(*Bad weather conditions or unexpected causes may result in fewer races that can be held)
